Robert Tedesco

Attorney Robert Tedesco is a native of Woburn, Massachusetts. He graduated cum laude from Emerson College with a double major in Speech Communication and Mass Communication. After two terms as one of the youngest City Councilors ever elected in the City of Woburn, where he honed his interest in land use and zoning, Attorney Robert Tedesco attended New England Law Boston. Shortly thereafter, he opened his own law practice in Woburn, Tedesco and Twomey, P.C. In 2013, Attorney Tedesco and his wife, Attorney Carole LoConte Tedesco, changed the name of the practice to Tedesco Law Offices, P.C.

Attorney Robert Tedesco has long maintained a thriving real estate conveyance practice, as well as working in the areas of land use and zoning in Woburn and Winchester. In addition to real estate, Attorney Robert Tedesco practices in the areas of divorce and family law, as well as business law, creating and providing advice to corporations, LLCs, and LLPs.

Attorney Robert Tedesco brings a wealth of experience to this practice, admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Today, Attorney Robert Tedesco resides in Winchester, Massachusetts and is married to Carole LoConte Tedesco. They have a son and a daughter. He is a Past President of the Woburn Rotary Club and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Winchester Historical Society. He is currently a member of the Winchester Rotary Club and the Winchester Country Club.

Carole Tedesco

Attorney Carole Tedesco is a Boston native. She graduated magna cum laude from Barnard College in New York City with a double major in English and Political Science and attended Boston College Law School. After graduation from law school, she worked as an associate at Weston, Patrick, Willard and Redding, P.A. in Boston, where she practiced child welfare litigation, business law, estate planning, probate, and family law.

In 1999, Attorney Carole Tedesco drafted an amicus curiae brief that was submitted to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court on behalf of The Home for Little Wanderers, Inc. and in Adoption of Lars, 431 Mass. 1106 (2000). In 2001, she joined her husband's practice, then known as Tedesco and Twomey, P.C. in Woburn, Massachusetts, where she continued to practice estate planning, probate, and family law with a particular focus on the needs of LGBTQ families and individuals.
Attorney Carole Tedesco continues to focus on these areas today as she provides estate planning services, including preparation of wills, trusts, health care proxies, and durable powers of attorney, and probates estates in all Massachusetts courts. Attorney Carole Tedesco also provides services with a special focus on the needs of gay and lesbian individuals, couples, and families, including estate planning, prenuptial agreements, co-parent adoptions, and divorce.

Attorney Carole Tedesco is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for Category D guardianship matters. She is a member of the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association.

Attorney Carole Tedesco is married to Attorney Robert W. Tedesco. They live in Winchester and have a son and a daughter. Attorney Carole Tedesco is on the Board of Directors of the NextDoor Center for the Arts, located in Winchester, Massachusetts. She is a Past President of the Barnard Club of Boston and currently serves as Regional Networks Chair for the Alumnae Association of Barnard College. Attorney Tedesco is a member of the Winchester Country Club, and is an active volunteer at the Lincoln Elementary School.
